Becoming a craft vendor is easy!

$275 / for all 3 days

Each Craft Vendor will receive a 10’ x 10’ space on the field and One (1) Basic 120v/5amp outlet for $250 for the entire 3-day event. Need more space? No problem, we can accommodate most vendor size requests.

To apply, submit the completed online application (see register button below). All form fields are required. If not applicable, enter N/A. Upon acceptance you will receive an invoice with payment instructions by email. Vendor fee may be paid online (3rd party fees may apply) OR by mailing a check/money order. All participating vendors must provide proof of insurance (no exceptions). Information about insurance requirements will be emailed with confirmation of acceptance. Register early to take advantage of the “early discount savings’, prices set to increase to $300 after May 15th.

Note: The Festival is no longer able to assist in the rental of items other than electrical. The following items will be up to you to acquire; canopy, lighting, tables, chairs, banner poles, flooring, etc are NOT included in craft vendor fee, The fee is for the space and One basic outlet only. Additional electricity may be ordered with your registration or notify the Festival no later than June 1. Electrical types and costs are outlined in the registration form. Power may be up to 25 feet away from your location, and we do not have extension cords onsite. The Festival is open until 11pm (evenings are our busiest) and vendors are required to stay open until event closes. If the customers can't see your products - they can't buy it.
