Becoming a craft vendor is easy!
Each Craft Vendor will receive a 10 ft X 10 ft space on the field for the entire three-day event scheduled this year for June 23rd- 25th, 2017!
CRAFT VENDORS = $115 per space FOR THE 3-DAY EVENT -EARLY BIRD Rate ends May 15th, 2017
Craft Vendors will get a 10' X 10' space on the field (canopy, electricity, and lighting NOT included.) If you need to purchase a standard 110V outlet to access (may be up to 25 feet away from your location). there is an additional $25 fee for electricity. Keep in mind that the Festival is open until 11pm and vendors are required to stay open until event closes. If the customers can't see your products - they can't buy it. You may also rent additional items if needed such as tables, chairs, banner poles, flooring, etc.(except extension cords!!) for an additional small fee.
Registration is easy - just click on the "register now" button below! Once your category and items have been approved you will be emailed payment options. You can mail a check to P.O. Box 2401 Lake Oswego, Oregon 97035 or we will send you the link to pay online for your space, anything additional you order and a $10 service fee.
