TICKETS WILL GO ON SALE THE FIRST WEEK OF JUNE. A 3 day-weekend pass is available in advance online for $5 (or at the gate for $8). This ticket is good for unlimited access to the Festival for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Kids 6 and under are free.
The Night Glow is an exciting and spectacular event you’ll never forget! On Friday and Saturday night some of the Festival’s featured hot air balloons will return to the field, be laid out on the ground, inflated, and their burners ignited, all in the midst of an excited crowd (weather permitting).
While the Night Glow is a spectacular sight, the Festival is more than balloons. Bring your chairs or blankets and relax under the stars as live bands play music on the main stage. Grab a beer or wine from the Rogue Beer Garden and enjoy a variety of delicious foods from our local vendors. And don’t forget the carnival is in full swing!
The Festival of Balloons is ecstatic to welcome Rogue Ales back to the Festival. The Festival is excited to have a "walk around" beer garden within the tent line. Grab a beverage and walk/shop the craft and commercial vendors, listen to live music, and watch the exciting Night Glow!
The Rogue Beer Garden is CASH ONLY.

The 8th Annual Twilight 5k Run/Walk & Twilight Mile
Saturday, June 22nd, 2019
Returning again this year is the Twilight Mile, a shorter distance which will allow kids (and adults) of any age to enjoy running in Cook Park. The Twilight Mile is a fun, untimed event and the t-shirts are available in child sizing only. The Twilight Mile event will start at 6:30pm.
The run will take place in Cook Park and follows a flat and fast course along the beautiful bike trails. As you race towards the sunset, you will be surrounded by the wonders of the park and excitement of the Festival. After you cross the finish line, join the awards party for light food and beverages while we announce awards for age group winners and door prizes.
Proceeds from the race will benefit the Foundation for Tigard Tualatin Schools.

Unlimited carnival rides and two games (not valid on food) for $35 (plus service fee).. Note: there will be two tickets that print, redeem one at the Festival entrance gate for entrance into the event and the other at the carnival for the ride bracelet. Bracelets must be redeemed by 8:00pm.
Time: Carnival Hours: 10 AM - 11 PM
For Friday only, Ticket must be purchased online. Entitles you to unlimited access to the carnival rides at the Festival until 10 PM on Friday night. You simply need to click on the button below and follow the quick and easy steps to check-out. Once you check-out be sure to print out the confirmation page, you will need that page to enter the festival and receive your unlimited rides.
A ticket purchased for the Friday Combo Special will also serve as an entry pass to the entire festival for Friday only - IF PURCHASED ON-LINE. This pass does not include food at the carnival. When printing your tickets at home, you will receive one for the entrance gate at the festival and one to turn into the carnival booth in exchange for ride bracelet and two games.

Do you have what it takes? Join us Saturday afternoon for an adult rib eating competition and a kid’s pie eating competition!
How do I enter this contest? It is easy! Stop by Nicoli's Grill & Sports Bar and enter to win OR look for Facebook promotions for entering the contests through both the Festival of Balloons AND Nicoli's Grill & Sports Bar. We will reserve a few spots as well for interested contestants that were not pre-selected. Then show up to the field in front of the main stage Saturday at 2:45pm.
Kid's pie eating contest begins at 3pm. Shortly followed by the adult's rib eating contest. Don't forget your camera, and definitely bring on your cheering section. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will receive prizes.
Yes, we will have a breakfast vendor onsite serving breakfast and more yummy items!
Play.Fit.Fun will be running a Kids Action Zone at the Tigard Festival of Balloons that will feature an obstacle course. Kids will have a blast while challenging themselves physically. The action is FREE with admission so make sure you stop by with your kids! Hours: Friday 12pm-7pm & Saturday 11am-7pm.
